inspection. All company employees, are charged with providing the safest work environment possible. We inspect ourselves on a regular basis and go to great lengths to make sure
that safety is part of the planning process. We do not wait until something goes
wrong.
Instead, we plan ahead and take measures to prevent things from going
wrong. Employees are encouraged to point out possible problem areas
and suggest solutions to prevent accidents from happening. This full commitment

We operate a drug free safe work
site. We have an extensive safety program that
offers a variety of incentives that help raise awareness and encourage safe workplace behavior.
Employees are rewarded for continued dedication to safety in their work. We
currently employee a full-time human resource and safety director that
does unscheduled safety checks and ensures that we are compliant with all
on-site safety requirements. The company holds weekly toolbox meetings and
monthly safety meetings where employees can express concerns and offer
ideas to increase job-site safety awareness.
We offer extensive training programs to eliminate confusion about the
handling of materials and procedures. A extensive communication
system that links all aspects of our operation to allow for quick answers and
immediate attention to problem areas. All of these precautions and safety
